To support this strategy, the School recognised they needed to grow their reputation and for this reason retained Mana Communications. When Mana began working with the School, they had little history of proactively engaging in PR, suffered from not being geographically located in the 'London bubble' and had minimal internal resource devoted to public relations.
Mana started by delivering The PR-Powerful Organisation programme as part of a cultural change agenda to shift institutional attitudes towards public relations. Mana then developed and put in place a proactive PR strategy in conjunction with the internal team. This has seen the School build relationships with influential business journalists and commentators, and dramatically increase their profile in the top-tier British media.
